2020 Sons of Confederate Veterans Reunion Medal
The 2020 Sons of Confederate Veterans Reunion participant medal commemorates the 125th National Reunion of the Sons of Confederate Veterans. Each S.C.V. member registering for attendance to the reunion will receive one medal included in their reunion package given upon checking into reunion at registration desk. Extra standard medals are available for purchase at $35. A special numbered edition (individually numbered 1 – 100) of the 2020 Reunion Medal are available for $100 upon request. Specific numbers will be provided per request while last they last.
Symbolism of the Design
The 2020 S.C.V. Reunion medal is a throwback commemorative of the 1927 United Confederate Veterans National Reunion medal held in Florida. The top hanger displaying “Florida” is a replica of the 1900’s U.C.V. state reunion medal and were often worn for veteran’s funerals. The lower medal depicts the Confederate Battle Flag and General Edmund Kirby-Smith. He was notable for his command of the Trans-Mississippi Department and the last full general to surrender on May 26, 1865. He died March 28, 1893, the last surviving full general of either army.

2020 Sons of Confederate Veterans “I Attended the Reunion” Pin commemorates participation in the 125th National Reunion of the Sons of Confederate Veterans. The pins are available in limited quantities. Be sure to pick one up at the reunion while last they last.
Symbolism of the Design
The 2020 S.C.V. Reunion medal is a throwback commemorative of the 1914 United Confederate Veterans National Reunion medal held in Jacksonville Florida. The original pin had the Florida Gator with the Confederate Battle Flag in his teeth, with “I Paid My Dollar” above his head signifying the Confederate Veteran had paid his yearly dues to the United Confederate Veterans organization.
